Read My Story

Antoinette Francis is a Queens-born New Yorker who’s been dancing salsa since age 5, and that lifelong rhythm became her compass. She earned a bachelor’s in psychology and took that grounding into missionary work in Peru and Swaziland, where she sat with children and families, absorbing their stories and witnessing how resilience is rebuilt day by day.

She began shaping her own blend of emotional support and creative expression, turning movement and music into everyday languages kids already understand. Back home, she fused that field work with her artistic roots, designing workshops and stories that center on self-worth, cultural pride, and play.

That work evolved into Sachi y Bacha, a project that braids story, song, and dance into tools that help kids move from self-doubt to self-trust.

Her mission is to help children feel seen and sturdy in who they are, using rhythm and creativity as the bridge.
